So you know all the facts there are two reasons for this. First, as I am sure you know, the service was not what our customer/salespeople expect. While I understand your situation regarding MOQ and other technical problems you encountered, our salesmen lost confidence in the item and most did not show it with confidence at the market. Second, you should also know, we have been shown at Domotex other printed items from both Turkey and China that are significantly cheaper than your item. The one unique thing about your product is the base you print on, but all the items we were shown are $10 or less and you are working tight at 13 euro. Even if we did not have the issues mentioned above it would be difficult to do volume on your product based on other items that are available to us and our competitors. I am sorry this project did not work out. I am sure you felt pressures to supply us and I hope you understand how much pressure we had from our customers. Having said that, we would still expect you to send us the money you have owed us since last year. I will not take the time to recount all the details of why you promised to pay this money, but only to say, this was a compromise and was not all the money we felt we were owed nor does it come close to covering the additional losses we absorbed because you were unable to ship the last order.
