We have received a complaint on the = rugs made under order WCT-6 and WCT-8 both fr the same = customer.
The customer has contacted us in early January discussing = the problem and sent us images of the = rugs.
The rugs are placed in residential setting and do not get = too much traffic.  They are vacuumed once a = week.
 
When we first got the images - we = were so surprised since we have never seen a problem like that before. =  We questioned the care and the vacuum that was = used.
 
Finally - yesterday our Rep who lives = in Chicago drove all the way to Michigan to inspect the rugs.  She = has called me via Face Time and I was able to look at the rug and was = shocked by the condition.  Please see images.  The Rep has = confirm that the vacuum cleaner was gentle and was used successfully on = all other carpet and rugs in the = home.
 
Not sure what we should do here. =  The customer would like the rugs to be replaced - however - we do = not want to re-make rugs and have the same problem = again.
